ABOUT ANTHONY
A Pacific Northwest native, Anthony Modica is a Washington real estate broker serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Seattle and the Eastside.
His personal experience investing in residential and commercial real estate gave him a firsthand understanding of the opportunities, risks, and long-term impact of real estate decisions. That experience ultimately inspired him to pursue real estate full time and help others navigate those decisions with confidence.
With a professional background in consultative sales, technology, and business ownership, Anthony brings a practical and strategic approach to every transaction. He is committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and strong representation while helping clients make decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.
Outside of real estate, Anthony enjoys traveling with his wife and son. He also serves his community as an active volunteer first responder and UAS pilot for Search and Rescue.
